Upholstery Cleaning Lanarkshire & Glasgow
Are you looking for brighter, cleaner, healthier upholstery cleaning? Here at Elite Floorcare we can help you achieve all this.
We have invested heavily in training for cleaning various types of upholstery, in order to clean safely and effectively to give the best results possible whilst cleaning wool and acrylics, plus lots of other types of fabrics which respond differently to various cleaning solutions, so knowing what you are cleaning before you begin, is critical.
We are trained to identify hidden dangers like colour run, shrinkage and jute bleed, and are forever being called out to try to rectify upholstery, and carpets that cheap inexperienced cleaners have left far to wet and starting to smell.
How We Clean
After checking the fibre content, determining the best and safest way of cleaning, we proceed with a light spray of upholstery cleaning solution which is gently massaged (Using a soft brush when needed) into the fabric and then left to dwell. This in turn releases all the soiling from the fabric.
Once this has been achieved we use a special cfr tool (at the right temperature and water flow rate for the fabric), to rinse the solution out and all the way back to the van. The cfr tool uses an ingenious way of laying down plenty of water without wetting the foam underneath the fabric. This flushes out the solutions without the over wetness, giving us drying times of hours instead of days, We then towel dry, and use air movers to disperse the left over moisture leaving your upholstery (in some cases) dry and ready to sit on.
Believe it or not, it takes longer to clean a 3 piece suite than it does to clean a 3 bed house full of carpets,
Because material sofas need care and attention when cleaning them. Upholstery can’t just be blasted with water and then extracted like carpets can. They are fine fabrics which need time and commitment to achieving an excellent result, something that we adhere to when it comes to our soft furnishings & upholstery.
